Apple Watch prompt but I don’t have one.

I keep getting this prompt to set up an Apple Watch

But I don’t have an Apple Watch.

I presume my neighbour may have and my phone is sensing it, as it stops prompting when they go out.

How do I tell my iPhone to stop doing this?
