apple watch se 2nd gen GPS+Cellular from USA not working in Sweden

Unable to add e-sim in my daughters apple watch SE 2nd gen which she got as gift recently from US. Even Tele2 customer support said they can't help and they are saying in apple website it is mention as below:

Cellular service support.

"To cover the LTE and UMTS bands used around the world, there are two separate cellular models for Apple Watch Series 9, Apple Watch SE, and Apple Watch Ultra 2. They have been optimized for use in the country of purchase, and not all models work in all countries or regions. There is no single model that supports cellular service worldwide"

You didn’t answer my question. What cellular bands does your carrier support on Apple Watch SE 2? You’ll need to contact your carrier and ask about their service. Have you asked the carrier to reprovision the eSIM in your Watch and iPhone? It’s possible it won’t work, as the quote you posted states. It’s also possible it does and modem software and firmware need to be updated and repovisioned.
