Im trying to use my apple pay online and the message update shipping error appears. Ive checked community messages about this and saw that i can just “add name” on the box below but i do not have that option. What do i do? Thanks

Please follow this path,
iPhone > Wallet app > Apple Card > More Button (3 dots in circle in upper right corner of screen) > Account Details > scroll down > Billing Address > Update Billing Address > make sure no special characters etc. > save any changes.
The website may also have their own area to update an address. Once you start the transaction via Apple Pay, look for popups and other links etc. to edit your address.
