My MacBook's screen goes black after restarting
the screen goes black whenever i turn it off and open it immediately or restart it

What exactly are you saying...?
The screen is suppose to go black when you turn it off.
If you restart the Mac and it presents you with a black screen then that is an issue:
If your Mac starts up to a blank screen (white, black, gray, or blue)
If your Mac starts up to a blank screen - Apple Support
