How do I manage shared albums on my iPhone

my husband and I do not share an Apple ID. For some reason when I take photos it shows up in my husbands recent photos. How do we stop that from happening?

As described, that's an unusual event. Before you can determine how to stop it, you'll have to find out how it arose.

Please describe what devices are involved and how they are related. For example, are you these taking these photos on an iPhone, and iPad, or a separate camera? Do you import them to a Mac? What devices does your husband have, and on which does he observe the photos in question among his recent photos? Do any of the Apple devices or Mac accounts have iCloud Photos active?

Have you re-verified that all of your devices are signed into your Apple ID and all of his are signed into his Apple ID? (On a shared Mac, check by the user account.)

The crossover could happen if you took the picture on your iPhone, then for some reason imported them from the phone by cable into a Mac account that was signed into your husband's Apple ID.
