Zoom is trying to charge me for a year instead of per month $14.99. Chase stopped for fraude- now Apple has my card blocked

You seem to have two distinct issues:

Remove the erroneous charge: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
Unblock the card which Chase has stopped: Sounds like a Chase issue

I’ve reached iut to Chase and Zoom about erroneous charge. They say Apple has to remove it . Subscription was canceled immediately on Aust 12th
