How to print a specific size photo from an iPhone to a air printer WiFi

I am using my iPhone 13 Pro Max with the latest software and I cannot figure out how to print a photo that I have saved in my photo app in a specific size. I’m needing to print off 2“ x 3“ photos.

Printing from an iPad Pro. I have a wireless Brothers printer that is about a year old and I am unable to print photographs on this printer from my iPad Pro. Everyone in my household prints on the same printer from their iPads and their phones and they can print anything they want Photos included. I want to print photographs on this printer, not for exhibition purposes, but to work out the areas I want to improve in the photograph. until somebody explains otherwise, I have to believe it’s a little moronic that I cannot do this.
