after updating the latest software on my ipad the cellular icon on top is gone. Tried to fix by ensuring that cellular is on (as Apple suggests) but there is no longer an option to turn on cellular. Already tried resetting network, doing soft reboot and even returning to original factory settings with no luck. Any suggestions?
