Sharing photos there are suggested TikTok accounts I want to remove

When sharing photo's from my photo library there are a host of TikTok users suggested first. I've never dm'd these users or even know who they are. Maybe I've scrolled past a video, but have never interacted beyond that. It's super annoying as I'm never wanting to send a photo to a tiktok user. How can I remove them? I'd like the recommended contacts to be the people I actually send photo's /messages to.
