Macbook Freezing and Restarting multiple times
Model: MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017)
Processor: 2.2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB
Problem:
For the past few weeks, my Mac has been freezing randomly and restarting. This problem has only escalated to the point that it now, many times, freezes right after the restart. I am not sure how to go about it.
Solutions tried:
- Resetting SMC, PRAM and NVRAM
- Booting in safe mode - no freezing/beach balling during the beginning of the problem but happens in this mode too now
- Running Diagnostics - Says there is no problem with the Mac
- Running EtreCheckPro (free version) - I already corrected the main issues shown in here. Cannot make it work anymore as Mac freezes in-between the process
I have yet to try wiping the disk and reinstalling the OS as I am still arranging an external hard drive to backup my files. Will try this step once I get a good backup in.
I am also adding the latest Problem Report report generated by the Mac when it restarted again below. I am not a technical guy so can't make any sense of it. I hope someone could help me. And if you could also tell me where I can find the panic diags report files.
Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers.
