Mac freezing over and over again.

I have a 13" early 2015 MacBook Air. I would say I have taken good care of it. For the past year (approx) it has been freezing, and the only way out, is to force it to shut down. When I try to turn it on, it sometimes shows a folder with a flashing question mark and an Apple support link. Usually it happens once and then I can use it normally. For the past week, it has been getting worse. It keeps happening over and over again, and it doesn't seem to work more than a few minutes, before it freezes up, and I have to shut it down.

Here are some things I have done:

PRAM Reset
SMC Reset
Mac disk repair with Disk Utility

After I did this, It's working better. I don't have the money to buy a new Mac, please help me fix my computer.

This machine has had a long life.

The sad reality is - Internal Components do have a life span of just so long before they will eventually fail

You could purchase an External SSD Drive.

Then Install macOS 12 Monterey onto that drive and set it to boot from that drive

Good starting point could a trusted Retailer that specializes in Apple Components like www.owc.com

If going that route - Strongly suggest make a Time Machine Backup

Then you could migrate back all your Personal files
