MacBook freezing.. have to restart every time.

Mymac freezes and doesn’t get back from freezing if I don’t restart. After restarting This errors pops up . Any help would be really appreciated.

The two most meaningful lines to me in the panic report are:

  1. Root disk errors: "Could not recover SATA HDD after 5 attempts. Terminating."
  2. last stopped kext at 6068680012410: @filesystems.ntfs 3.14.3 (addr 0xffffff7fab0c4000, size 401408)


You have a hard drive issue - can't tell from the errors if it is the internal or an external hard drive. If you have an internal HDD on this 2013 MacBook Pro, then it is probably failing due to age anyway and you really ought to back it up (hopefully you already have backups) and replace it with a SSD.
