Notes keeps duplicating, always stay when I move to a folder, on iPhone SE

iPhone Notes app duplicates any note I move to a folder, removes each duplicated note if I delete it. How can I keep just the one copy I want?

Notes disappearing and reappearing on iPhone So I went to check my notes that I use very frequently and every single one was gone. I tried reloading it and checking different folders and all that. I reset my phone and it was still gone then I go to write this a few minutes later and suddenly they started loading in one by one. This is so confusing and I’m glad I have them back but should I save them onto something else? Can I trust it won’t happen again? I need to be able to access and keep them frequently. Notes were deleted after latest Apple update like lots of others. My Notes are on Yahoo. I can find my notes on my Yahoo account but can't get all of them to reload onto the Iphone. Did everything suggested in any and all forums. I did get approximately 18 Notes to reload to my phone from Yahoo after some of these suggestions but the rest of the Notes will not reload to the phone despite them all being in the Yahoo Notes folder.
