My iPhone says "iOS 17.2 temporarily unavailable" while trying to update the iOS

When installing the IOS 17.2 after downloading, it gives this info as result IOS 17.2 temporarily unavailable. What is the solution?

You can not update to iOS 17.2, as it is no longer the current version. Delete the downloaded file and then attempt the update again.
