How to adjust AirPods for better comfort and prevent it from falling out?

I have the same problem. I tried ear hooks as suggested by Katana-San and they work. However, I didn't find them entirely satisfactory and I had to put them on every time I wanted to use the AirPods and then take them off in order to put them into the case.

What I finally found was a fairly cheap set of replacement eartips made of foam. These are the ones I bought:

But there are lots. They're great. They stay in my ears, the AirPods still fit in the case. I'm very happy.
