Best way to adjust AirPods Pro for a better fit

The new AirPod Pro keep falling out of the ear. We’ve tried every size with no luck! Any ideas? They were great as a hearing aid however, if they won’t stay in the ear, they are of no benefit.

Look for some third-party earpieces.

I bought foam eartips from Amazon and am very pleased with them.

Foam Eartips (Amazon)

That happened to be the brand I picked but there are lots of others.

The foam eartips completely solved the issue for me. Did you try that? Also, there are over-the-ear loops available as well, though they are less convenient. You should always buy what works best for you, even if that isn't something made by Apple.

The foam eartips didn't cost "a hundred or more dollars." The ones I bought cost $19.

But saying that the whole device is "stupid" because it doesn't work for you is just silly. Millions of people have a different experience.

They do fit most ears without modification. However, as ears are about as different as fingerprints, they will never fit everyone.

For what it's worth, I find that the foam eartips are a much better solution for me than the over-the-ear loops. They still allow me to put the AirPods in their charging case. I also started with the loops and they worked but I found that the hassle of taking them off and putting them back on made me less likely to use the AirPods at all.

Sorry,I was kind of exaggerating.Gcioii ear loops were 24.95 on Amazon and that’s as far as I went with experimenting. They work perfectly, makes the fit so good and secure I could almost use them as hearing aids or noise canceling shooting plugs, but inconvenient due to having to remove to put in pod to charge. All that being said, air pods are like using your spare tire without lug nuts hoping the wheel will stay on until you get to the tire store.Something as expensive should have been designed to fit most ears without modification.

Sitting here Saturday morning watching YouTube and my left iPod air pro2 falls out of my left ear.I’ve tried all kinds of solutions to make these things stay in my ears.I wouldn’t even consider wearing them out of the house and chance losing one because they cost so much.I’ve been Apple all the way since my first iPhone 4s and a subsequent Mac mini due to my aversion to trying to make different things connect to a PC and finding Apple to be what I would call “intelligent design”,far beyond anything I could have dreamed of.BUT,I have to tell you,IMHO this air pod thing is the stupidest idea anyone has come up with.A $250. purchase price and then a hundred or more dollars on accessories to try to find something that makes them confidently stay in your ears.Yes the idea and the technology are amazing, and I did find something that works to keep them in my ears, but have to remove them to put back in charging pod.Never again on the Air Pods.PS.I got some over the ear pods that loop over the back of the ear and fit in their charging case to recharge with no muss,no fuss,no bother, and are adequate sound wise for nine dollars on TikTok shop.
