I am unable to restart my Apple TV

Please help me my apple tv suddenly shotdown and then i try to restart it from the remot and this appear what can i do

That means the Apple TV has a software issue and it cannot start. You need to turn on bluetooth on your iPhone and bring it close to the Apple TV and a prompt should appear on the iPhone to continue. Just follow the onscreen prompts on the iPhone.

To actually restart the Apple TV, simply unplug it from power, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again. Restarting in this manner may or may not solve the issue with the Apple TV and it may just end up at the same screen again.
