How can I receive TestFlight code?

I need to find my test flight code again I have zero clue how or where to find it. I just got messaged with it but it didn’t tell me to save it at all which the probably shoulda done. I’ve seen a million posts about this and how to get their codes. I’m beginning to get very upset!!!!!!!!
