Apple Pay age in the Netherlands

Hello Apple users and maybe Apple,

I am 13 years old and I am wondering how old I have to be in order to use Apple Pay in the Netherlands. I couldn’t find this online, the only thing that I found is that it normally is 13 years old and that it can be different in some countries. I would gladly know how old you have to be in the Netherlands.
