How can I import Notes from iPhone to MacBook Pro?

Th notes are stored in whatever account they were synced to. The first thing you need to do if you haven't already done it is to add all of those missing accounts back.

I know that on iPhones and iPads, things that are synced are not backed up. I don't know if that's also true of TimeMachine.

I was in another thread with this same importing issue a while back. I don't think we ever found a resolution. If I cn find the thread again, I'll check.

I'd say export the notes to a pdf and put them somewhere safe. If they're in PDF format, you don't need Notes to open them.

I'm not sure what the "this" is you're referring to. However, where in the thread a post appears depends on how the reader is sorting things. I have things sorted by oldest first. That means new posts are always at the bottom.
