Facing green screen issue on my 13 pro after software update. My phone is out of warranty.....will apple be replacing the display for free or they are charging for replacement??

Try to force restart your iPhone. This procedure can be tricky. Don’t hesitate to repeat it.
Yes I did.......bt again the screen turned green.
Try to contact Apple Support to see what your options are.
Apple will charge for repairs unless the phone is covered by AppleCare+
