When I double click the lateral button, wallet is not poping up. My iPhone is model 15 Pro Max with the latest OS and my Apple ID corrected configured. I also made sure the option for double click is on.

Make sure you have added a card to your Wallet, otherwise double-clicking the button will not work:
If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support
If it still doesn’t work, try restarting your iPhone:
