Will Warranty cover for the cost of parts for iPhone 15 with Mid System defect?

My iPhone 15 won't turn on, and I've already brought it to an Apple Service Provider and turns out the mid System is defective (note: the phone never got wet nor fell, and is still under warranty). And I got this email recently:

"After careful diagnosis of your iPhone it was identified that the Mid System is defective and necessary order was approved by Apple. Please allow us 2-3 business days to a maximum of 3-4 business weeks (except weekends and holidays) for the part/s to arrive (provided there pare no shipment issue/delay). NOTE: For multiple defective parts, orders may be done separately and ETA may extend more than 2 weeks. Expect multiple notifications."

Does this mean that Apple will cover the cost of the parts?
