My iPhone 14 display will not power on after updating to iOS 17.6.1
I have been using iPhone 14 for 1.5years and I recently updated to the official ios version 17.6.1 after the update the phone was good until the next day when I tried to turn it on the display never turned on and it got a green line near the notch area. But the touch screen is working fine but the display got damaged. I went to the apple service centre and they blindly said right after seeing my phone like the display has to changed and it costs 29k. If it was a physical damage I can bear the consequences but it’s not even my fault, I never dropped my phone down and it got no scratches at all. This is how apple treats their customers?
I have seen many post regarding the same issue and they end up replacing the display without any choice.
Apple should be responsible for this issue and has to replace the display at free of cost since it was not our fault
