Is it possible to have 2 SIMs from different countries in iPhone 14?

I have a iPhone 14 with a dutch provider e-sim active. Is it possible to instal a second temporarly e-sim for the USA (roadtrip) and make that e-sim active in the USA and put my dutch provider e-sim on in-active state.

Of course when i’m back home in the Netherlands I want set my dutch e-sim on active again Anne delete the USA temporarly e-sim.

On my iPhone 14 it is not possible to have two e-Sims active at the same time.

Or is it wiser to instal a prepaid sim card next to my dutch e-sim and set my e-sim on inactive during the roadtrip.
