icloud data retrieval from broken phone

I dropped my phone from a height and it won't turn on but my NAND chip with all my data is still okay. How much will it cost to transfer my data from my broken phone to a new phone?

iPhone SE, iOS 16

You can’t get data off a dead iPhone for any price. The contents are encrypted, and the encryption key is stored in the processor chip, so it can’t be decrypted if the phone won’t turn on.

Apple provides multiple ways to back up and preserve contents of your devices, but if you didn’t use any of them you are out of luck. And they must be used before disaster strikes. And 3rd party providers also offer backup services, but again, only before the disaster.
