Is prolonged core temp of 90-100 deg C bad on MacBook Pro M3?

I have a MacBook Pro M3. At one point, I loaded a large project in Cubase and left it overnight to give it enough time to locate all the samples on my external SSD. The next morning, I noticed that the core temperature was around 90-100°C even while idle, likely due to the size of the Cubase project. It must have stayed at that temperature for at least 8 hours. Did leaving it on overnight degrade the quality or lifespan of the CPU? The laptop was in a well-ventilated environment.
