Fall detection not working on Watch SE
Brother is 80 years old. Wears Apple Watch SE. He fell in parking lot, but the watch did not notify me. Help me fix this for him.

Apple makes no guarantee that the feature will detect every fall. Make sure your brother’s health information is entered correctly (height, weight etc.).
Did your brother have his iPhone with him? Was cellphone coverage good where he fell? Inside buildings can be problematic.
Was he wearing the watch correctly? Wearing too low or high on his wrist can affect many measurements. The Watch will not detect falls if worn improperly.
