iPhone 15 Pro want text noniphones
I was on phone with Verizon for 2 hours about the poor service I’ve been having. We did some troubleshooting and updated it. Now it won’t let me text people with different phones.
iPhone 15 Plus, iOS 17

Open Settings App
Tap Messages
Make sure Send as SMS is turned on as well as MMS Messaging
If both are turned on and you still can't text to non-iPhone users, you need to go back to Verizon as SMS is a carrier provided service.
