There may be a few reasons why you are not receiving calls on your iPhone. Before that, make sure you are updated to the latest iOS.

  • Check your network settings.

Reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will erase all your current saved settings, including preferred networks, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve previously used.

  • Turn Airplane Mode on and off. Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off.

  • Check Do not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's off. If Do not Disturb is on, your incoming calls may not be going through.

  • Check Call Forwarding. Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and make sure it's off. If it’s on, your calls have been automatically forwarding to voicemail.

If the issue still persists, I recommend you contact your carrier. Then Contact - Official Apple Support

So, what does the word "reset" have do do with this? If this occurred after factory resetting your iPhone, then you may need to get a new SIM or eSIM card, as it may have become corrupt.
