Can people in the U.S. access Globoplay directly?

I have been trying for two years to find a way to create a direct account with Globoplay. I tried signing up through the Apple Store, but could never get it to work. Some one responded to my review and told me to log into a messaging service for which I do not have login credentials.

When I try to sign up on line, I am always asked for a CPF and a Brazilian phone number— two things that residents in the U.S. don’t have.

If there is a way to do this, please let me know.
