For a long time, every time I bought something on my Capital One credit card, I'd get an instantaneous message on my watch telling me what I was charged. That no longer happens; how do I get it to start doing it again?

Is the phone with you when you make a purchase using your Watch? Have you checked the C1 site to make sure they’re still sending purchase notifications?
OK. Then this is an issue you need to bring up to Capital One

I never get purchase notifications on my phone.
