Apple watch not displaying 12-Hour time

I've tried everything, both my phone and the watch app have "24-hour time" switched off but my apple watch still displays 24-hour time. I tried turning both my phone and apple watch off and on, unpairing, erasing the apple watch, forgetting the device on icloud, and none of it works.

Apple watch won't unpair I have a new iPhone and apple watch. I successfully paired the two, but my apple watch was not getting information from my phone. I reset my apple watch and now it wants to pair with my phone, but my phone shows it already paired. I deleted my apple watch from my iCloud devices, but my phone still shows the watch. I cannot unpair watch because the option is grayed out. I've tried restarting both devices and logging out/in from my apple account.

Need help ASAP My Apple watch is signed into my iCloud but I reset my phone and I don't have it connected to my Watch app on my phone and I can't pair it again
