Unable to Activate iPhone

Hi,

I'm trying to access my old iPhone's home screen, but it needs to be set up first, so I do that, but then I get the following error messages; one on my phone and the other on my PC.

I then tried Recovery Mode (connecting the cable to iPhone and PC and 'forcing' a reboot) but I still got these two messages.

Is there anyone out there that knows how to help me??
