Cant open iCloud Mail

I cant open my mail, receiving this error:

Failed to open iCloud Mail

iCloud Mail could not be downloaded at this time.

I tried different devices, different Internet networks, rebooted, etc.

I also checked the settings, everything is fine except that the mail is offline

A couple of hours ago the mail was working, I did not change any settings
