"Battery Not Recognized" on iPhone 13

I've never had a problem with my phone since I bought it and all of a sudden 2-3 days ago it has showed me the text that says "Battery Not Recognized" even though I've never gotten it fixed or anything... I tried turning it on and off and I updated the software yesterday. Still won't hold charge and randomly shuts off. Please help, looks like its happening to others since 2022?

That would indicate a hardware fault. Lithium-Ion batteries don't last forever. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar and get it looked at. Probably just needs the battery replaced.
