hi i have about 45k photos (more or less) my iphone storage is full a lot and i use it to get content. my icloud has tons of space, but photos won’t ever fully sync. i keep it charged over night, etc
i also recently moved two years worth of photos on to a hard drive and i delete about 1,000 photos/ videos a day.
any suggestions for me? i plan to upgrade iphones with max storage next month, but until then

Are you optimizing photos storage (settings > photos)? If the device is full you’ll need to remove content for sync to work properly.
If you exceed your iCloud storage limit, your photos and videos won’t sync to the iCloud and your library wont stay up to date across your devices. To continue using iCloud Photos, you will have to upgrade your storage plan or reduce the amount you are using.
