MBP Apple Black screen after 14.6 Update

Is there any issues with the 14.6 update and Intel MBP? Updated on Thursday. Friday the system recovered from and error then Saturday morning I had the Apple boot screen on my monitor.

Disconnected the power and held the power button down for 10 or more seconds. When I turned it back on the message about the system had an issue hit any key or wait appears. Then back to the Apple initial boot screen. After 30 minutes tried again. The same message appeared and went back to where I was.

This is my first not booting problem with MBP. I held down the control key at boot and was able to select my drive, then back to the initial boot screen.

What else can I do? Could the update have caused this? I was running great before hand.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.6

After using a backup to restore the system multiple times using different Time Machine dates months back and removing multiple processes / temps that would ramp up the system. A full wipe and new install corrected the issue.

From that point I was able to bring backed up files on to the system. It was quite painful and still not sure what occurred with no apps or software was installed with in months. Possible an auto update with the os, app or software?

After doing more research, the intelligentroutingd task is part of the Beta xCODE product. I am not running xCODE Beta. After killing this task, It returns and kicks back up to its 105%+ usage.

Found the below commands to Disable the Process, but I am receiving an error.

  1. launchctl dumpstate | grep intelligent
  2. EXPECTED Path: /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.intelligentroutingd.plist

Run to disable

3 sudo launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.intelligentroutingd.plist

Error received

Warning: Expecting a LaunchDaemons path since the command was ran as root. Got LaunchAgents instead.

`launchctl bootout` is a recommended alternative.

Unload failed: 5: Input/output error

Try running `launchctl bootout` as root for richer errors.

Is there anything else I can do? I am also having issues with Apps not found and blocks of ? for text since they system was restarted. Is there a solution or should I reinstall the OS and not use the Time Machine recovery?
