I can use my Apple Pay with no issue. However, I cannot scan my NFC card at all. I’ve tried all possible methods/settings but it’s still not working. I’ve also updated to the latest IOS.

What do you mean by scan NFC card? Are you using an app that is NFC aware? If you’re using Apple Pay at merchants NFC is definitely working. It sounds like an app issue.
Can you explain what you mean by “scan your NFC card”? What kind of NFC card? Why do you think your iPhone should be able to scan it, and to what purpose?
Oh the NFC card i meant is a card provided by my e-wallet apps provider that is widely used in my country to pay tolls/public transports. I’ve been using the NFC feature to tap the card behind my iPhone in order to top-up my e-wallet since last year. I just realized ever since the IOS 17 it could not detect anymore. But it works on my partner’s device (14 pro). So I thought, I need to wait for the latest update. But it’s still not resolve for me. Yet my Apple Pay works just fine.
