Uninstalling Apps with Extensions

I am trying to remove the Capital One Shopping App from my MacBook Air.

When I try to delete the app (have tried both right-clicking and choosing "move to trash" and dragging it to the trashcan), I get a message saying that it can't be moved to the trash because some of the Extensions are in use.

When I try to uninstall the Extension, it gives a message that says to uninstall the Extension, I have to remove the App. I have tried to force quit the extensions (three show up in the Activity Monitor).

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
