App Store stuck on Purchased

I can't install some apps like Sleep Cycle, Shazam, and Speed Test.

I realized I had some apps installed via an old account. Everything used to work because that account was connected somehow.

About one week ago the app store started requesting the password from that old account. Even though I do have it, I thought "Let me fix it". So I updated everything else, clicking Cancel whenever it asked for that password.

In the end, I found there were 6 apps in that situation. I deleted them all and started to GET them on the main account, all free apps which stopped showing as I owned them after deletion. Three worked, and three have been stuck since.

I've tried everything: closing the app store, restarting the phone, and even updating the phone won't work (iOS 17.6.1).

Every time I try it now, those apps show GET again, and when I click it they get stuck on PURCHASED. Again.

What is happening??? I need Sleep Cycle, and I use Shazam a lot! I can't be locked out of them.
