Why there is a weird blue light in my front facing camera of iPhone

Recently i have noticed a weird blue light in my front facing camera that i have never seen before. I have searched this up but have not gotten a clear answer. An understanding of what this is and some advice on how to get rid of it would be much appreciated. Here's an example of what it looks like:
