It's a reflection of the florescent lights overhead.
It's blue because it's reflecting off the back of the lens which is coated with a blue coating to help reduce lens flare. It's perfectly normal.
A decent lens on any camera will have these coatings, the common colors for the coating are blue, green, & maroon.
