Orico Thunderbolt Hub stopped working after upgrade

Hi there, hope someone can help?


I've used an Orico USB hub for years and it's worked perfectly. It sends network and power to my Macbook Pro, and displays a second screen through the HDMI port.


I upgraded my 2019 16" Macbook Pro to 14.6.1 last week and a couple of times the screen turned off and on and then finally stayed off. The hub no longer sends power or data to the laptop and the second screen is off.


Assuming that my hub had broken down I bought another one. But right out of the box it's the same issue. Tried all four ports on the MBP but same story.


That all leads me to suspect it's the OS upgrade.


Hopefully there's a software fix someone can recommend, failing that is there a way to roll the OS upgrade back?
