I am in Canada but my Apple Pay says I am not in a supported region when I try to add a card, any help?

I live in Canada, bought my Apple phone in Canada but when I try to add my Apple Pay it says I am not in a supported country, kindly help

Apple Pay Country Problem I recently moved from a country that doesn’t support Apple Pay to the UK, and I was able to change my region to the United Kingdom, I added the relevant cards details, and also navigated to General, Language and Region and changed country to United Kingdom, yet I am unable to use Apple Pay because it keeps declining with an error message that Apple Pay is not supported in mt region. I had to remove all the other phones signed into my account but the problem persists, does anyone have the solution to this problem please ?

I cannot connect my card to Apple Pay It says the region is not using apple pay. Tried to change the region on my apple ID itself but still not accepting cards for apple pay. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

when i try to add a card to my wallet it says the region setting for this device cannot be used with apple pay. I dont understand why me region setting setting doesnt support apple pay when I'm in the U.S. Also I am on iOS 18.
