Logic Pro can”t scan control surface (Maschine Mk3)

I’m trying to add my Maschine Mk3 as a control surface. Its supposed to automatically scan but just get this message not matter what I try:

Why can't my Maschine MK3 be scanned?

Mac Mini M4 not seeing scanner connected directly to it I have a Canon Flatbed Scanner LiDE 210 that my new Mac Mini M4 will not see even though it is connected directly to the mini. The scanner uses the usb to power it. I have used it with a hub and directly still nothing. I have used the Apple image capture and the scanner does not show there either. I thought it had failed so I connected it to my old iMac and it came to life no problem. So I am at a loss Randy

Neat Scanner not working with OS Ventura Like others, when I upgraded to OS Ventura, my Neat scanner stopped being discovered by my computer. Does anyone have advice for how to remedy this?
