How do I sign into game center from iPhone without using Apple ID?

i had an old game center account not using apple id which i created originally for a kindle. i would like to use it but the only option to sign into game center on my phone is with apple id. How do i sign into game center from iPhone without using apple id?

Unable to enable Game Center on iPad for child's Apple Account Hi All I recently bought an iPad gen 9 for my son. I’ve set up the device and he has an Apple ID created through the family feature (linked to my account). for some reason, his iPad won’t let me enable Game Center from the settings menu. When I try to move the toggle across, it states that “not allowed to sign into Game Center on this device”.
