iTunes Not Displaying Lyrics: Missing Speech Bubble Icon

hi. i’ve been searching online for why my itunes doesn’t display lyrics, and most of the answers mention a speech bubble icon next to the playlist at the top near the player, but i don’t have that icon. is this a region-limited feature or something else? i’ve always used apple music on my iPhone and rarely on my pc, but i recently started using it more on my pc. i’d really like to see lyrics on my pc like i do on my iPhone. any help would be appreciated, thanks!
