I have a 50gb plan. 36 Gb on mac. 1.8 gb on iphone. I deleted 4bg of files. That free space was not reflected. The account is full. The last 30 days files are less than 100 gb. Where are those files coming from? Constantly?

Have you made sure to delete any files from "Recently Deleted"?
Any files in Recently Deleted stay there for 30 days and will take up storage until the 30 days is over or until you manually delete them sooner than the 30 days.
