Esim Error - Activation ongoing since 2 days

Hi everyone,


I scanned the QR code for my Esim activation and it is still showing that the activation is ongoing. It has been like this since 2 days now.


I tried to activate 2 different Esims, I deleted the first one since it was not activated.

The second one isn't working as well.


Iphone : 14 Pro

IOS : 17.6.1 (last update)


PS : I already activated Esim before with the same number and it was working perfectly but last week I lost cellular network suddenly and my Esim Signal disappeared, that's why i'm trying to activate a new one.

I contacted my carrier and they confirmed that the issue is coming from the Iphone and not from them.


They deactivated the ESIM and tried with another ESIM but the activation didn't work.


Should I send my Iphone to Apple to check it ? the warranty is valid until December 2024.


Does someone have another solution for this problem before getting contact with Apple ?
